WHO WE ARE
The Confluence Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. was chartered based on the need for new chapters as expressed during the March 1996 Area III Conference. Lady Brenda Stith Loftin compiled statistics regarding the demographics of St. Louis County and along with Lady Jacquelyn C. Harris, Lady Josephine Harvey, Lady Jerilyn Bowie Hill, and Linda Collins Shaw, convened to plan and coordinate activities for a new chapter.
